Review of Solufruit’s participation in trade shows in 2024
The year 2024 was marked by Solufruit’s strengthened presence at international trade shows. These events provided an opportunity to engage with our partners, meet new clients, and showcase Solufruit’s expertise in fruit concentrates, purées, and especially our innovative no-added-sugar concentrates.

A year full of meetings and opportunities
Solufruit’s team had the pleasure of participating in several major trade shows, including:
- IFT FIRST (Chicago, July): A key event focused on innovation and science. Solufruit observed a growing interest in clean label ingredients and natural alternatives to refined sugars.
- CFIA (Toulouse, September): Solufruit highlighted our natural and functional ingredients, emphasising our clean label ingredient solutions to manufacturers and distributors. Although it was only its second edition, it presented promising opportunities.
- Foodtech Summit (Mexico, October): Dedicated to technological innovations and emerging trends in the food industry, this event allowed Solufruit to showcase our no-added-sugar concentrates, identifying new markets interested in sugar reduction.
- Gulfood (Dubai, November): A major event in the global food industry where Solufruit effectively demonstrated our expertise in clean label ingredients and fruit-based solutions to industries prioritising natural and sustainable options.
- FIE Frankfurt (December): Located at the heart of Europe, this event was ideal for reinforcing Solufruit’s collaborations, especially with professionals increasingly focused on clean label ingredients and healthier product formulations.
Clear trends and a changing market
Solufruit’s discussions at these trade shows confirmed several key market trends:
- Rise of natural and clean label solutions: Manufacturers are increasingly reformulating products with healthier, more transparent ingredients.
- Increasing importance of sustainability: Traceability, transparency, and the environmental impact of ingredients are now central to consumer expectations and manufacturer decisions.
- Demand for no-added-sugar formulations: Solufruit’s no-added-sugar concentrates directly address industry challenges concerning sugar reduction, offering tasty, healthy, and market-relevant alternatives.
Looking ahead to 2025
